The only reason why vitaminwater/coca cola would be deceiving people in their health claims is when it would be out of context to the vitamins that actually do help people. Even though this isn’t the most healthy line of beverages on the market, I don’t think it’s fair to say “thank for you nutrients, now here’s a huge slap on the wrist for giving us all the sugar!” — The amount of sugar and the form it was in was definitely by law put on the bottle for everyone to read before they decided to purchase a bottle of vitamin water. And Coca-Cola knew that people wouldn’t really like the taste without the sugar. You can’t sue them for that. Really. You’re still getting vitamins. Way to say thank you by a nice fat lawsuit.
