Cell Phone Radiation Danger

The scientific data keeps piling up that suggests that cellphone radiation can possibly cause cancer and this time the news comes straight from the World Health Organization.

Prior to this earth shattering turnabout, WHO had said for years that consumers needn’t worry about cell phone radiation because no data suggested any harm. Now they seem to have come around 180 degrees and now list cell phone radiation along with such risks as engine exhaust, chloroform, and lead.

It took 31 scientists from 14 countries to look over the data in a massive peer-review regarding the safety of cell phones. They then concluded that there was “possibly carcinogenic to humans.” conclusions.

Watchdog journalists and researchers had been making this kind of warning for decades and in truth it takes that long to find out the long term effects of such new technologies and although cell phones are basically emitting low level forms of energy the problem is that the devices are so closely held to the body and with children whose skulls are thinner or older people whose bone density may not be as strong the risks might be greater.

Now is the time to keep vigilant as the wireless industry is sweating. They know that with the internet allowing for qualified scientists to disseminate information that they mainstream scientists have to be on their A game when it comes to research or someone else will beat them to the punch and that could be irrevocably devastating as it opens the door to loss of revenue and lawsuits.

Cell phone users should stay on top of each step of the way regarding the new disclosure by WHO and followup studies.
